Island Gourmet Jamaican Marinade
Commonly called "Jerk Seasoning", this unique product is a blend of habanero pepper, onion,, garlic, and other herb spices. Use primarily as a marinade, as well as a seasoning. For best results bake, grill or smoke slowly at a low temperature. Makes the best jerk chicken and jerk pork!
